Who she is

Frann Bynes Brown

Frann Bynes Brown is a faith-filled woman who has walked through rejection, heartbreak, loss, and the long, quiet work of rebuilding after painful seasons. She did not write Still Standing from a place of having all the answers — she wrote it from the trenches.

Her message is simple and steady: what happened to you is part of your story, but it is not your identity. God is not finished with you, and neither are you.

Through Scripture, honest reflection, and practical healing exercises, Frann created a workbook that meets women where they are — not where they wish they were — and walks with them toward wholeness, one page at a time.

The heart behind Still Standing

Still Standing was born out of Frann's own healing journey. After walking through seasons of grief, rejection, and unanswered questions, she discovered that healing wasn't found in pretending everything was fine. It was found in honesty — with God, with herself, and with her story.

She wanted to create something that women could hold in their hands during the hardest nights and the quietest mornings. Something that felt like a sacred conversation — not a self-help checklist.

What Still Standing stands for

The foundations of this journey

Faith First

Every page is rooted in Scripture and the belief that God's truth is the steadiest foundation for healing and identity.

Honest Processing

This workbook does not rush grief or minimize pain. It creates safe space to name what happened and feel what is real.

Practical Healing

Reflection, prayer, journaling, and guided exercises give women real tools — not just inspiration — to move forward.

Restored Identity

The goal is not just survival. It is remembering who God says you are and walking in that truth with confidence and peace.

Her invitation to you

You are not too far gone for healing.

No matter how long you have been carrying the weight of rejection, betrayal, or loss — it is not too late. The pages of Still Standing were written for exactly where you are right now.

Frann's prayer is that you will find your story in these pages, and that you will discover — perhaps for the first time — that you were never as alone as you felt.

"Healing begins when we stop hiding and start being honest with God about where we really are."
